Operation: Iron Helix
Cyber Innovation Initiative
Mission
Operation Iron Helix is a cyber innovation initiative dedicated to advancing public safety, digital resilience, and secure infrastructure through open collaboration, research, and real-world application.
We focus on enabling trusted, cross-sector solutions that serve humanitarian, civic, and infrastructure needs - combining agile cyber tools, security automation, and actionable intelligence to strengthen mission-critical environments.
program Objectives
1.) Cross-Sector Solution Development: Collaborate with public sector agencies, NGOs, and industry to co-develop cyber solutions tailored to real-world, high-risk digital environments.
2.) Cyber Intelligence Testbeds: Build and operate robust cyber labs to evaluate threat environments, develop detection capabilities, and validate field-ready intel tools.
3.) Security Automation Research: Design and test automation methods that improve response times, reduce cognitive load on frontline responders, and increase infrastructure resilience.
4.) Applied Cyber Training & Outreach: Conduct hands-on workshops and knowledge exchanges focused on accessible cyber practices for critical systems, municipal teams, and field responders.
5.) Pilot Deployment & Feedback Loop: Run live pilots in at-risk sectors to test impact, collect operational feedback, and iterate toward adaptive and scalable solutions.
Expected Impact
1.) Improved cyber resilience across public services and infrastructure sectors.
2.) Faster, more accurate cyber threat detection and response through mission-ready tools.
3.) Increased collaboration between civil, private, and humanitarian actors.
4.) A growing ecosystem of accessible, validated cyber solutions for unstable and underserved regions.
